12 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is biomedical/public-health implementation science on HIV prevention, treatment, and care, which is outside IPPRA’s core social-behavioral programs in risk, weather, energy, and education policy. The team’s methods could contribute at the margins, but this is not plausibly a PI-level fit for any named member.
