18 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is primarily a biomedical/public-health intervention and clinical/services-research NOFO on substance use and HIV prevention, which is outside IPPRA’s core program lines. While some members do health-related policy and behavioral research, none have a substantive publication line in substance use, HIV, or clinical intervention development, so it would be only a very weak fit.
