⚑ Clinical Trial Optional · Multidisciplinary program project format with required common scientific theme and administrative core; optional shared resource cores · Parent announcement for NIH P01 applications; specific IC programmatic interests determine fit · Foreign institutions, tribal governments, federal agencies, territories, and community/faith-based organizations are listed as eligible in the notice
This is a broad NIH biomedical/program-project mechanism, but the team dossier is centered on social-behavioral survey, risk perception, education policy, and hazard communication research rather than biomedical clinical or basic life-science programs.
