This cooperative agreement funds street-based engagement, treatment, and recovery support services for people experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders, for cities, counties, Indian tribes, and tribal organizations.

Description
The purpose of this program is to support comprehensive, street-based engagement, treatment, and recovery support services for individuals who are homeless and have serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, substance use disorders, or co-occurring mental and substance use disorders.
