Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds)
HUD provides grants to eligible organizations to construct, acquire, or rehabilitate new permanent supportive housing units for people experiencing homelessness in households where at least one member has a disability.
⚑ Most requested funds must support new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation; supportive services and project administrative costs are limited to other eligible cost categories. · Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorships are ineligible.

Description
CoC Builds provides funding for construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing homelessness where one member of the household has a disability. Most of the requested funding must be for new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation to create new units of permanent supportive housing. See IV.B.1.b and c of this NOFO for information regarding other CoC Program eligible costs, including supportive services and project administrative costs and the percentages of funding that may be requested.
Eligibility
Individuals are ineligible applicants. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
