Description

The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (“Cooperator”) to assist the NEA with the 2027 NEA National Heritage Fellowships Awards program. The agency anticipates that the Cooperator will coordinate a range of events, including an awards ceremony, showcase(s) featuring the 2027 fellows, video vignettes about each fellow, participant travel, and associated activities.

This award will be made as a cooperative agreement. A cooperative agreement is a type of award in which the federal government will be substantially involved in the project undertaken by the award recipient (known as a Cooperator).

Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3), U.S. organizations; units of state or local government; or federally recognized tribal communities or tribes.
