18 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is primarily clinical workforce training and residency-support funding for primary care GME, not the social-behavioral policy, evaluation, or risk-perception research this team typically pursues. The team could only be adjacent at best through education/workforce or public-health policy interests, but no member has a direct THCGME-style program line.
