14 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an agricultural production and marketing applied-research program centered on sheep industry infrastructure and producer benefits, which is outside IPPRA’s core strengths in risk perception, public opinion, weather/energy/nuclear issues, and education policy evaluation. The team might contribute only tangentially through survey/evaluation methods, but it is not a plausible PI-level fit for any roster member.
