FITS: Deven Carlson

This is a strong fit for Deven Carlson’s education policy and program-evaluation line, especially state policymaking, longitudinal data systems, and quasi-experimental analysis in K-12 systems. It is not one of the team’s core risk/weather/energy topics, but it clearly sits in the institutional education-policy program rather than being merely adjacent.
