This is a coastal watershed restoration implementation grant centered on environmental engineering/restoration science in southeast New England, which is far outside IPPRA’s core human-subjects line on risk perception, policy attitudes, warning communication, and education evaluation. The team could at most contribute tangentially on stakeholder communication or public acceptance, but not as the natural PI group.
