⚑ Federal contract solicitation under ARPA-H; eligibility is governed by the solicitation and associated contract terms, not a standard grant competition. · Focus is on screening/inspection technology for pharmaceuticals and inputs through packaging; not a clinical or human-subjects program.

12 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is a biomedical/AI supply-chain screening technology program, not a social-behavioral or policy-research line. The team’s work is about public risk perception, warning communication, education policy, and energy/environment attitudes, so they would not plausibly pursue this as PI-level research.
