ARPA-H Emerging Health Innovators (EHI) Initiative
ARPA-H will fund early-career-led biomedical, health, and community-engaged research and innovation projects through Other Transaction awards.
⚑ Federal solicitation using Other Transaction awards, not a standard grant. · Amendment 1 states there is a limit on the number of submissions per offeror; institutions should verify section 2.4. · Early-career investigators are the intended audience, but the notice does not make that a named institutional class restriction.
This is a biomedical/health-innovation program aimed at early-career investigators developing cutting-edge health research, which is far outside IPPRA’s core social-behavioral work on risk, policy, surveys, and evaluation. The team could perhaps contribute only tangentially on community engagement or public-health-adjacent aspects, but it is not a plausible PI-level fit for any roster member.
