IARPA Solutions Marketplace
An open-call marketplace for industry, academia, and individual solution providers to offer IC-relevant solutions, products, software, and services for possible rapid acquisition by the Intelligence Community.
⚑ Open-call marketplace/contracting vehicle rather than a standard grant program; participation is for solution submission and potential procurement, not research funding. · Broad participation includes academia, but actual award/procurement terms are determined through rapid acquisition pathways. · Notice does not state a budget, cost share, or per-institution submission limit.
This is a commercialization/procurement marketplace for intelligence-community solutions, not a research funding opportunity in the team’s survey, risk, warning, energy, or education-policy lines. The cybersecurity/AI/communications framing is only tangentially related and does not match any roster member’s PI-level program.

Description
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) in conjunction with its marketplace manager, The Applied Research Institute (ARI), is initiating this long-term, Open-call Announcement for solutions to support IARPA and the broader Intelligence Community (IC) in advancing research, development, experimentation, prototyping, test, procurement, and sustainment of solutions relevant to the IC mission. This initiative, entitled the “IARPA Solutions Marketplace”, will solicit, collect, assess, and curate Intelligence Community-relevant solutions, and make those solutions available through rapid acquisition pathways. The Marketplace provides a venue for Government organizations to search, view, review, compare, contrast, contact, negotiate, and procure IC-relevant solutions through rapid acquisition pathways. For industry, academia, and individual solution providers, the Marketplace is a valuable tool to promote IC-relevant solutions, products, software, and services to the Intelligence Community in an environment with multiple rapid acquisition pathways. Visit iarpa.gov/marketplace to participate.
