Geosciences Discipline Node Support Services
NASA Goddard seeks a contractor to continue the Geosciences Discipline Node’s planetary data archival, curation, discovery, distribution, and user support services, with the notice primarily serving as a source-sought notice for possible competition.
⚑ Sole-source intent to Washington University stated; responses are only to assess whether to compete. · Federal contract/presolicitation notice, not a grant. · No set-aside. · Not a commercial FAR Part 12 procurement.
This is a NASA data infrastructure/support-services procurement for planetary science archiving and access, not social science research. The team’s work is on risk perception, communication, policy, and evaluation in climate/energy/hazards domains, so this is far outside their PI-level lane.
