Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Data Initiative
FHWA is seeking a full-and-open firm-fixed-price contract to develop and prototype AI-related data solutions for transportation systems management and operations.
⚑ Federal contract solicitation; award is a firm-fixed-price contract, not a grant · Full and open competition · Close date stated as 2026-08-03
This is a transportation AI/data engineering initiative focused on highway operations and systems management, with no clear social-behavioral, risk communication, or policy-evaluation angle that matches IPPRA’s core program. The team might only be peripherally relevant if there were a public acceptance or communication component, but as written this is not their kind of research.
