18 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an ARPA-H biomedical/clinical innovation call centered on health technologies and health research, not the IPPRA team’s core program of survey-based risk, energy, weather, security, or education policy work. The closest overlaps are only indirect public-health or social-service methods, so it is not a plausible PI-level fit for this roster.
