Purpose: The purpose of this Special Notice is to formally provide information regarding the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Air Cargo Screening Qualification Test (ASCQT) process for Original Equipment Manufacturers interested in listing their air cargo screening devices on the TSA Air Cargo Screening Technology List (ACSTL).
