ATTN: Small Business Innovation Research Program (SBIR) Phase II Contract Holders The work outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement shall be performed by a SBIR Phase II Contract holder by further developing, integrating, and applying the SBIR-derived approach to a new mission area and use case(s) supporting U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/National Cemetery Administration.
