DOL research study on unfair labor practices
The U.S. Embassy in Bogota is soliciting a fixed-price contract for a research study on unfair labor practices, awarded to the lowest-priced responsible offeror.
⚑ Federal procurement/RFQ rather than a grant or cooperative agreement · Lowest-price award to responsible offeror; no discussions intended unless competitive range · Offer must be in English and submitted electronically by the stated deadline · SAM registration required at submission time; W-14 also required
This is a labor-law / workforce compliance study for a State Department embassy procurement, which is far outside IPPRA’s core survey, risk, weather, energy, and education-policy lines. The team could maybe contribute if there were a behavioral-policy angle, but no one has an unfair labor practices program and this is not a plausible PI-level fit.
