Description
The USDA?ARS CDPG Grape Breeding Lab in Parlier CA requires a laboratory microwave tissue sample processing system and the paraffin tissue processing application kit to support essential tissue preparation workflows for rapid and controlled sample processing for microscopy, histology, immunolabeling, and paraffin embedding procedures that are critical for evaluating grape tissue structure, disease response, and cellular characteristics within the breeding program. This acquisition seeks to obtain a contractor to purchase PELCO BioWave Pro+ Laboratory microwave tissue sample processing system and paraffin processing kit to ensure efficient and consistent sample processing for phenotyping purposes.
