Description
The Office of the Under Secretary of War (OUSW), intends to award non-research cooperative agreements (CA) to help manage and sustain Department of War (DoW) land in the United States. The DoW Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program, and Legacy Resource Management Program (Legacy Program) fund high priority national and regional natural and cultural resources projects that enhance installation resilience and environmental objectives and support military readiness.

Public and private agencies, organizations, institutions, and individuals are invited to apply.
