5 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an equipment/instrumentation program for materials, computing, and engineering capacity building, not a social-science research grant. IPPRA’s defense work is on public opinion, risk perception, and warning/communication studies, so this would not fit the team as a PI-led opportunity.
