5 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is fisheries/ecological monitoring and salmon productivity work for beluga whale prey at JBER, which is far outside IPPRA’s public opinion, risk perception, warning communication, education policy, and energy/security social-science lines. There is no plausible PI fit on this team beyond at most peripheral interest in environmental policy.
