20 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is a Navy technical refresh for a weapons system status panel, centered on engineering, manufacturing, and defense contracting rather than the team’s social-science work on risk perception, warnings, climate, or policy behavior. The only overlap is a broad national-security theme, but it is not the kind of PI-level research this group would typically pursue.
