18 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an applied R&D BAA on battery networks, materials, and communications infrastructure, which is mainly engineering/technical defense work rather than the team’s social-science program. The defense/national-security label is the only overlap, but there’s no evident fit with their risk perception, warning communication, climate, or policy-evaluation research lines.
