DLA Battery Network IV (BATTNET) Broad Agency Announcement
This BAA funds research and development on battery manufacturing technology to improve DoD battery logistics and the U.S. industrial base, with white papers invited for possible follow-on technical proposals.
⚑ Federal contract/BAA mechanism; selection begins with white papers and may proceed to request technical proposals · No set-aside stated · Broad agency announcement remains open through 2031-08-09
This is primarily a materials/manufacturing and battery logistics applied-research BAA, which is far outside IPPRA’s social-behavioral program lines. The team could maybe touch downstream public opinion on energy or defense, but no member’s own research program is a plausible PI fit here.
