5 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is a space/aeronautics and defense S&T BAA focused on space environment research, which is far outside IPPRA’s social-behavioral program lines. The team’s work is about public opinion, risk perception, warning communication, energy/climate/nuclear attitudes, and policy evaluation, not technical space science or AFRL basic research.
