8 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is a biomedical/AI computing program focused on protein-protein interactomics and diagnostic/therapeutic target discovery, which is far outside IPPRA’s core social-behavioral, risk-communication, education policy, and hazard-response lines. Even though DARPA is the sponsor, there’s no clear fit for any roster member as PI-level work.

Description

UPDATE: The purpose of Amendment 1 to DARPA-PA-27-01, the HUBBLE Program Announcement (PA), is to update Attachment B and the verbiage in Section 4.1.2 and Section 7.8 of the Program Announcement. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting proposals to develop an in-silico capability for mapping all protein-protein interactions. Utility of this capability will be demonstrated in identifying novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets within the interaction space underlying including traumatic brain injury.
