Description
This Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) is being issued under the authority of prototype Other Transaction Authority (pOTA) 10 U.S.C. 4022 by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), in support of the Defense Health Agency, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Medical Products (PAE MP), Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office (WPAC PMO) located in Frederick, Maryland, at Fort Detrick. The requirement is for Analgesic Product for Battlefield Use. Please see the attached RPP and attachments for additional information.
