22 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an Air Force applied-research BAA centered on materials, manufacturing, computing, and AI/communications, which is outside this team’s core social-science program. At most, the team’s national-security risk/communication expertise would be tangentially relevant, but not in a way that suggests a PI-level fit.
