18 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is an NGA GEOINT/AI and defense-applied research solicitation, which is largely outside IPPRA’s core program of social-behavioral research on climate, hazards, energy, and risk communication. The team might engage only at the margins on human factors or communication-related pieces, but there is no clear match to any member’s usual PI-level research line.
