⚑ RFI/sources sought only; no solicitation and no awards contemplated from this notice · No response payment; all response costs are at respondent expense · Responses are voluntary and become government property · Questions answered publicly on SAM.gov before close
This is an industrial/manufacturing and infrastructure RFI focused on site requirements, acquisition models, and supply-chain resilience, with no real social-science, public-opinion, policy-evaluation, or hazard-communication component. The team’s work is largely on risk, communication, education policy, and energy/environment attitudes, so this would not be a plausible PI-level fit.
