⚑ DoD federal contract/BAA solicitation; applicants must satisfy federal contracting eligibility requirements. · Two-step open BAA plus calls; specific call details may add topic- or submission-specific constraints. · Revision history noted through 15 July 2026; verify current call language and deadlines before submission.
This is a broad AFRL applied-R&D BAA centered on aerospace technologies, materials, and communications, which is outside IPPRA’s social-behavioral program. The team’s fit would only be indirect at best unless a call specifically targeted public acceptance, risk communication, or policy issues around aerospace tech.
