15 / 100 IPPRA team judgment

This is a DARPA materials/testing program on accelerated prediction for concrete, which is a pure engineering/applied materials topic outside IPPRA’s social-science, risk, policy, and public-opinion portfolio. The team might contribute only peripherally on adoption or communication, but no roster member has this as a PI-level research line.
