Resilient
DARPA is funding innovative basic or applied research concepts for accelerated materials testing and prediction for concrete, with awards made under a Disruptioneering Other Transaction prototype agreement.
⚑ DARPA Disruptioneering OT prototype agreement (not a standard grant); total combined Phase 1+Phase 2 value capped at $2M including any performer cost share; notice describes applicant restrictions as federal contract—confirm any special eligibility/procurement constraints in the full solicitation.
This is a DARPA materials/concrete testing and prediction topic, which is primarily an engineering and materials-science program rather than IPPRA’s social-behavioral risk, policy, warning, or public-opinion portfolio. The team might only be tangentially relevant at most through broader infrastructure resilience interests, but it is not plausibly PI-level work for any member.
