Space Environment Technologies and Science (SETS) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Call 004
This BAA call funds interdisciplinary fundamental and advanced research on solar, solar wind, and ionospheric effects on space and national security systems for the Air Force Research Laboratory.
⚑ Federal contract solicitation/BAA rather than assistance award · Open solicitation with no set-aside stated · Topic-limited to Topic 1: Solar, Solar Wind, and Ionospheric Effects · See attached RFP Letter Call 004 for proposal instructions and access requirements
This is a space physics/engineering basic-research BAA on solar, solar wind, and ionospheric effects for Air Force operational systems, which is far outside IPPRA’s social-behavioral risk, policy, warning, and public opinion lines. There is no plausible fit for a team member as PI beyond remote interdisciplinary interest in national security.
