Description
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command’s (NAVWAR) mission is to identify, develop, deliver and sustain information warfare capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition and other national missions operating in warfighting domains from seabed to space; and to perform such other functions and tasks as directed. NAVWAR is interested in awarding agreements and contracts to carry out this mission via Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) announcement N00039-25-S-0001, under the authority of 10 USC 3458. The CSO is a competitive process, intended to ensure that competitive procedures are used to the maximum extent practicable when entering into agreements or contracts to carry out the prototype projects authorized under 10 USC 3458. This CSO announcement provides for procuring innovative commercial solutions and services using streamlined procedures to enhance information warfare capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition and other national missions operating in warfighting domains from seabed to space. Interested parties with new/developmental technological solutions are highly encouraged to visit the NAVWAR CSO website to obtain more information regarding Areas of Interest (AOI) for which the Government seeks solutions. Please note that the submission period for solutions briefs under the identified AOIs will be open for a limited period of time, so check the NAVWAR website for updates frequently.
