This is a forthcoming Army presolicitation for a cadre of academic entities, including institutes of higher education and their associated entities, to perform sensitive basic and applied scientific research across a broad range of disciplines relevant to the U.S. Army.

They might be tangentially useful as collaborators on human factors or risk communication, but it is not a plausible PI-level fit for this group.
