NGA - Boosting Innovative GEOINT - Science & Technology Broad Agency Announcement (BIG-ST BAA)
NGA will fund innovative GEOINT research and development proposals submitted only in response to separately issued Topic Calls under the BIG-ST BAA, for work addressing NGA technical problems in the listed domains.
⚑ No submissions to the general solicitation; proposals are reviewed only in response to separately posted Topic Calls. · Current notice states there are no active topics. · Federal contract/BAA mechanism rather than a grant. · Closed topics: Topic 1 GFM, Topic 2 MUSE, Topic 3 VLBI+G.
This is an NGA geospatial-intelligence R&D solicitation centered on AI, sensing, and analytic technologies, which is mostly outside IPPRA’s core survey/risk-communication and policy-evaluation portfolio. The team could contribute only tangentially through methods or human-factors angles, but none of the named researchers has this as a clear PI-level program.
