12 / 100 IPPRA team judgment
FITS: David Hogg

This is a DoD biomedical/CBRND applied R&D BAA, centered on medical countermeasures, logistics tracking, and enabling technologies rather than the team’s core social-science work on risk perception, warnings, climate/energy communication, or policy evaluation. At most, David Hogg could be tangentially relevant if a specific AI/data-science angle were present, but this is not plausibly an IPPRA PI-level fit.
