4/4/2025: Amendent 1 published; update to the organization email address and update to title of Attachment 1. 3/272025: The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is excited to announcement the establishment of its first Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA). The MAA is a versatile vehicle that allows MDA and Department of Defense (DoD) entities to quickly pursue different types of non-traditional acquisitions under one single announcement, including Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), Procurement for Experimental Purpose (PEP), and Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). This is a competitive approach targeted towards disruptive technologies and rapid capability development from non-traditional sources. Interested parties can follow the MAA on SAM.gov (Solicitation No. HQ0860-25-S-0001) to receive notification when a solicitation is released.
